Push Up with Leg Lift
15 Reps in 15 Minutes
For an extra element of challenge to your push up, add a leg lift. From plank position, drop down into a push up keeping your back flat and head looking forward. When you reach the bottom, lift one leg up from the ground and raise it up toward the sky as you rise back up to starting position. This is one rep - complete 7 reps with one leg and 8 with the other for a total of 15 reps.
