Zero Calorie Dressing
Use it anytime to enjoy a guilt free tossed salad!
Yield: 3/4 cup
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1 TBS onion, finely chopped
- 2 TBS lemon juice or vinegar
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chopped parsley or green pepper, horseradish or mustard may be added if desired
- Combine ingredients in a jar with a tightly fitted top
- Shake well before using. Use as desired.
