Yogurt Salad Dressing
A Savory and Creamy Dressing without the Fat! Genius!
Yield: 2-3 cups
Ingredients
- 2 c. plain low fat yogurt
- 3-4 TBS soy sauce
- 1/4 c. toasted sesame seeds
- 2 TBS celery seeds
- 2 TBS dill weed
- 1 TBS dehydrated onion flakes
- 1 TBS dried garlic flakes
Instructions
- Combine ingredients and blend in blender
- For a thicker dressing (such as for dipping vegetables) add fat free cream cheese until desired consistency is achieved
