2 egg whites
2 tablespoons skim milk
1 slice 100% whole-wheat bread
1/2 cup strawberries
2 tablespoons sugar-free syrup
Lightly spray a nonstick skillet with cooking oil spray and then heat over medium-high heat.
Combine the eggwhites and skim milk in a small bowl. Dip the whole wheat bread in this batter and fry in the pan, allowing to get golden on both sides.
Serve the French toast with berries and syrup.
