Weight Watchers Pesto

An Italian favorite bursting with fresh herbs.

Per Serving: 0 WW Points; 14 Calories, .7g Fat, 0mg Cholesterol, 1mg Sodium, 1.5g Carbs, 1g Fiber, 0 Sugar, .5g Protein

Yield: 8 - 1.5 tsp. servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup loosely packed, fresh basil leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbs. water
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp. crushed, dried thyme leaves

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender, process all ingredients until smooth (add an additional tablespoon of water if mixture is too thick to process)
