Weight Watchers Pesto
An Italian favorite bursting with fresh herbs.
Yield: 8 - 1.5 tsp. servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup loosely packed, fresh basil leaves
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbs. water
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/8 tsp. crushed, dried thyme leaves
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, process all ingredients until smooth (add an additional tablespoon of water if mixture is too thick to process)
