Weight Watchers Nacho Cheese Chicken Bake

Even while counting points you can enjoy tasty Mexican food.


Yield:

Ingredients

  • 1 can low-fat cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can low-fat cream of celery soup
  • 1 can nacho cheese soup
  • 12 oz. cooked chicken
  • 2 cups instant white rice (don't cook)
  • Mushrooms - optional
  • Onion - optional

Instructions

  1. Mix all together
  2. Put into sprayed 9 x 13-inch baking pan
  3. Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes

I really enjoyed this recipe, but it didn't tell you how much you get as far as portion or ounces.
