Weight Watchers Chicken Tetrazzini

A creamy and satisfying pasta dinner.

Nutritional Facts: Calories 244; Fat 6g; Carbohydrates 27g; Protein 18g; Cholesterol 47mg; Sodium 557mg

Yield: Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cooked chicken, chopped
  • 3 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 3 oz. mexican-flavor Velveeta, cubed
  • 1- 10oz. can fat-free cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray
  3. Combine all ingredients and pour into baking dish
  4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly
