Weight Watchers Chicken Breast with Raspberry Sauce

These sweet chicken breasts only have 3 Weight Watchers points.

Nutrition Facts: WW points per serving = 3; Calories 170; Fat 2g; Carbohydrates 12g; Sodium 88g

Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. reduced-calorie margarine
  • 16oz. skinless and boneless chicken breast, cut into 4 pieces
  • 1/2 cup Diet Mountain Dew, divided
  • 1/4 cup raspberry fruit spread

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt margarine
  2. Place chicken pieces in skillet
  3. Brown chicken on both sides, then lower heat
  4. Reserve 1 Tbs. Diet Mountain Dew
  5. Pour remaining Diet Mountain Dew over chicken
  6. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is tender
  7. In a small bowl, combine remaining 1 Tbs. Diet Mountain Dew and raspberry fruit spread
  8. Evenly drizzle over chicken pieces
  9. Continue cooking 1 to 2 minutes or until sauce is warmed
  10. When serving, place one piece of chicken on each plate and evenly drizzle any remaining sauce over top
