Vanilla Custard
Low-Carb vanilla custard
Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cream
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup Splenda
- 5 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat ove to 325F
- Warm cream and water over low heat
- Beat Splenda with egg yolks
- Slowly add cream to eggs, beating constantly
- Blend in vanilla and pour into custard cups
- Place in a pan of hot water and bake at 325 F for 1 hour
- Chill and serve
