Vanilla Custard

Low-Carb vanilla custard

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 5.3g
Yield: Serves 4


  • 1 1/2 cups cream
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup Splenda
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp. vanilla


  1. Preheat ove to 325F
  2. Warm cream and water over low heat
  3. Beat Splenda with egg yolks
  4. Slowly add cream to eggs, beating constantly
  5. Blend in vanilla and pour into custard cups
  6. Place in a pan of hot water and bake at 325 F for 1 hour
  7. Chill and serve
