Turkey Loaf
Guilt-free comfort food from the Biggest Loser Resort.
Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients
- 12 ounces ground turkey
- 1 cup steamed brown and wild rice
- ½ cup egg beaters
- ¼ cup roasted peppers
- ¼ cup corn
- 1/8 cup chopped parsley
- ¼ cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients, except barbecue sauce, and mix together well.
- Spray bread pan with Pam® non-stick cooking spray and add filling.
- Bake for about 1 ½ hours.
- Brush with barbecue sauce and serve.
