Tuna Spread

Low-carb that doubles as a snack or appetizer.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 1.5g
Yield: Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 3 Tbs. low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/8 tsp. red pepper
  • 1- 6.5 oz. can tuna, drained, broken up
  • 1/8 cup chopped red pepper
  • Celery stalks

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Serve with celery
