Tuna Salad
The perfect light lunch for a hot summer day.
Yield: Serves 4 (1/2 cup serving)
Ingredients
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can water packed tuna, drained
- 2 hard cooked egg whites, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 2 TBS reduced calorie mayonnaise
- 2 TBS honey mustard
- Chopped dill pickles, red onion, lettuce leaves; optional
