Yield: Serves 4. 3/4 cup per serving.

1/2 tsp oil
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 Tbsp cider vinegar
1/3 cup molasses

2 cups cooked white beans, rinsed and drained

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 ºF. Combine all ingredients. Place in oven-proof dish, cover and bake until thick and bubbly, about 30 minutes. Serve hot.
