Thai Basil Bliss

A Veuve Cliquot champagne-infused cocktail perfect for toasting at brunch.

Yield: Serves 1


  • 2 p Sauza Blanco Tequila

  • 1 oz Fresh Pineapple

  • 6 Thai Basil Leaves
  • 1 p Lime Juice

  • 3/4 p Simple Syrup 
- 1 p Veuve Clicquot champagne


  1. Muddle pineapple and Thai basil leaves to a paste in a dry mixing glass, add tequila, lime, and sugar.
  2. Shake vigorously, and strain into a martini glass.
  3. Top with Veuve Clicquot, and garnish with a Thai basil leaf.
