Teriyaki Beef

A wonderful marinated beef treat.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 1.7g
Yield: Serves 4


  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp. ginger
  • 4 packets artificial sweetener
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1/4 cup scallions, diced
  • 1 lb. beef, thinly sliced


  1. Mix all ingredients except beef
  2. Marinate meat in sauce for several hours
  3. Stir fry beef
  4. Serve with steamed, buttered asparagus or steamed, buttered cauliflower
