Tapioca Pudding

A classical favorite for the tapioca lover in you.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 9.1g
Yield: Serves 8


  • 1 cup Splenda
  • 6 scoops vanilla protein powder, optional
  • 6 Tbs. Tapioca
  • 3 cups cream
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 egg


  1. Combine ingredients
  2. Let stand for five minutes
  3. In saucepan, place over a medium heat
  4. Heat, stirring until mixture comes to a full boil
  5. Remove from heat
  6. Stir in two teaspoons vanilla and allow to stand for 20 minutes
  7. Serve warm or chilled

I substitue all sugars with Stevia or Xylitol

Isn't there any other diet sweetner to use other thn Splenda? Splenda has a bad rap and I WILL NOT use it.
