Tapioca Pudding
A classical favorite for the tapioca lover in you.
Yield: Serves 8
Ingredients
- 1 cup Splenda
- 6 scoops vanilla protein powder, optional
- 6 Tbs. Tapioca
- 3 cups cream
- 2 cups water
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Combine ingredients
- Let stand for five minutes
- In saucepan, place over a medium heat
- Heat, stirring until mixture comes to a full boil
- Remove from heat
- Stir in two teaspoons vanilla and allow to stand for 20 minutes
- Serve warm or chilled

Isn't there any other diet sweetner to use other thn Splenda? Splenda has a bad rap and I WILL NOT use it.
