Taco Soup

A quicky and zesty soup dish that will be a crowd pleaser

Yield: Serves 8


  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1- 14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes
  • 1- 14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes & green chiles
  • 1- 11 oz. canned corn with red and green peppers
  • 1- 15 1/2 oz. can whole black beans
  • 3 1/2 cups water
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 pkg. ranch salad dressing mix (dry)
  • Cooking spray


  1. Saute onion with vegetable oil cooking spray
  2. When softened, combine all other ingredients and cook until heated through.

This is great! It has a little heat to it, but the family likes it and there not on the diet.
