Stuffed Sausage

Sausage stuffed with cheese and spices.

Yield: Serves 6


  • 2 Tbs. chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbs. chopped chives
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 2 pounds turkey sausage
  • salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400º F
  2. Mix parsley, chives and cream cheese
  3. Roll into 12 small balls
  4. Wrap sausage around each ball
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes
