Stuffed Cabbage

Everything you need for dinner, stuffed in cabbage.

Yield: Serves 4


  • 1 whole cabbage
  • 1/2 cup spinach, cooked
  • 1 Tbs. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 lb. ground turkey, cooked
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • salt and pepper


  1. Rinse cabbage
  2. Boil whole in salted water for 5 minutes
  3. Drain well
  4. Combine spinach, parsley, turkey, cheese and eggs
  5. Remove leaves from cabbage and stuff with ground turkey mixture
  6. Place in baking dish and cover with 4 Tbs. oil
  7. Bake for 25 minutes at 350º F or until cabbage is tender
  8. For even fewer carbs, simply shred cabbage and heat in skillet with ground turkey mixture
