Strawberry Sherbet
A simple frozen strawberry dessert
Yield: Serves 5
Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries, pureed
- 1/4 cup Splenda
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 4 egg whites, beaten stiff
Instructions
- Mix strawberries with Splenda and lemon juice
- Fold the berries into the egg whites and mix thoroughly
- Spoon into a plastic container and freeze for 4 hours
