Strawberries and Cream Cookies

A delicious strawberry cookie.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 5.6g

Yield: Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 3 cold egg whites
  • 1/2 cup Splenda
  • 1/4 cup high gluten flour
  • 2 tsp. strawberry extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Beat egg whites in a glass or metal bowl until foamy
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well
  4. Drop teaspoon of batter on greased cookie sheet
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned
  6. Serve with strawberries
