3 cups cooked winter squash
1/4 cup lowfat chicken broth

1 tsp grated orange zest
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly spray a small glass casserole dish. Mash cooked squash together with broth, spices and zest. Place squash mixture in 8 inch glass casserole dish and spread level.
