Soy Steamer

Cozy up around this Atkin's recipe for soy milk.

<2 grams Carbs/serving
Yield: Serves 1


  • 1 cup plain, unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 packet Splenda


  1. Heat the soy milk in the microwave until hot
  2. Add splenda

Being lactose intolerant, soy has become my haven for warm drinks. I don't like to use fake sugars though so instead I use some honey or agave nectar to add some sweet!
