Sonny and Joe's Bountiful Vegetable Wrap

A delicious way to enjoy this hummus.

Yield: Serves 1


  • 1 Whole wheat (or other) wrap
  • 2 Tbs Sonny & Joe’s Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ medium size zucchini sliced
  • ¼ c sweet onion sliced
  • 1/3 c or handful baby spinach
  • About 5 strips cucumber (sliced lengthwise)
  • Slices tomato
  • Lettuce leaves


  1. In small skillet heat olive oil and sauté onion and zucchini until onion is golden.
  2. Spread Sonny & Joe’s hummus on wrap and layer onion and zucchini atop hummus.
  3. Top with baby spinach, cucumber lettuce and tomato.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
