Shrimp and Garlic Butter
A low-carb shrimp dish.
Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbs. fresh parsley
- 1 Tbs. dry sherry
Instructions
- Thaw shrimp, if frozen
- Peel and devein, rinse and pat dry
- Heat butter inskillet
- Add shrimp and garlic
- Cook for 3 minutes until shrimp turns pink
- Stir in parsley and sherry
