Sausage Soup
Soup with a bold sausage flavor.
Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground sausage
- 3 slices bacon
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 4 cups chicken broth
- Garlic, salt, pepper to taste
- 2 cups cauliflower
Instructions
- Steam cauliflower until soft
- Cook sausage and bacon
- Place all ingredients in a large pot
- Bring to a boil
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes
