Sausage or Bacon Breakfast Burrito

A low-carb meaty breakfast alternative.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 3.7g
Yield: Serves 2


  • Sausage or bacon
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1/8 cup light cream
  • shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbs. salsa


  1. Cook sausage or bacon
  2. Mix eggs with cream
  3. Pour half of egg mixture into skillet and tip to side to spread eggs across pan
  4. Cook thoroughly and turn egg carefully over
  5. Repeat with remaining eggs
  6. Divide sausage into egg "tortillas" and roll up
  7. Top with cheese, sour cream and salsa

I really love the idea of a egg tortillas,but I would've put the shredded cheese in there so it can be cheesy and top it with sour cream and salsa.but other than that it was awesome!
