Blend together one fruit or vegetable in every color of the rainbow for a delicious boost of nutrition.Yield: Serves 2
- 12 oz. plain 0% fat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 of a mango
- 1 cup pineapple
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- Combine all ingredients in the blender. Add ice and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
