Yogurt Sundae

Yield: Serves 4. Each serving: 3/4 cup



2 cups nonfat, light vanilla-flavored yogurt
1 banana, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup

Divide yogurt between 4 serving dishes. Place sliced bananas on top and drizzle each one with chocolate syrup. Serve or keep chilled until ready to serve.

Optional garnish: maraschino cherry or raspberry.
