2 bananas
8 scoops watermelon
1 pint fresh blueberries
1/2 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup crunchy cereal nuggets
Peel bananas and cut in half crosswise then in half lengthwise.
For one serving: place 2 banana quarters on the sides of a shallow dish; place 2 watermelon scoops between bananas; sprinkle each with blueberries and top with 2 tablespoons of vanilla yogurt; top each with 1 tablespoon of cereal nuggets.
