Watermelon is pureed with citrus zest and juice and topped with lemon sorbet for a colorful, summer treat.
1 cup seedless watermelon
1 lime, zest and juice
1 orange, zest and juice
1 cup lemon sorbet
4 mint sprigs
Puree watermelon in a blender or food processor with lime and orange zests and juices.
Divide watermelon mixture between 4 dessert bowls and add 1/4 cup lemon sorbet and 1 mint sprig per bowl.
