Walnut Torte
These tortes will be a huge hit.

Ingredients
3/4 cup ground walnuts
1 1/4 cups Splenda
4 egg whites, room temp
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups cream
2 tsp. lemon zest
Instructions
Preheat oven t 300F
Beat egg whites until glossy
Gradually add 1/2 cup Splenda, beating until stiff
Beat in 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Fold over two pie plates lined with ground walnuts
Bake at 300
F for 1 1/2 hours
Turn oven off and leave in the oven for another hour
Beat whipping cream with ½ cup Splenda, lemon zest and 1/2 tsp vanilla until stiff
Layer walnut meringue and icing
