Veggie Burger Open-Faced

Yield: Serves 1



1 veggie burger patty
1 slice of 100% whole wheat bread
1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
1/2 sliced tomato
1 slice red onion
1 tablespoon light ketchup - no added salt

Heat burger patty in according to package directions. Toast bread, and place lettuce on top, followed by the tomato and onion slices, then the burger patty and a drizzle of ketchup.
