Vanilla Chiffon

Warm vanilla that's lighter than air with a hint of cinnamon.

Yield: Serves 6

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place boiling water in blender container
  2. Add gelatin and process on high for 30 seconds
  3. Add sugar and process for 5 seconds
  4. Add milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon
  5. Process 5 seconds
  6. Add ice cubes and process until mixture is smooth
  7. Pour into dessert dishes and chill at least 1 hour
  8. Before serving, top with a dollop of cranberry sauce
