Turkey with Bacon
Turkey and bacon meet for a great entree.

Serves 4
Ingredients
4 slices bacon, cut into pieces
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 lbs. boneless turkey
1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
Cook bacon over medium heat until browned
Remove
Cook mushrooms in bacon fat over high heat, until tender
Remove
In same pan, cook turkey until brown
Add chicken broth to the turkey
Heat to boiling
Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes
Return mushrooms and bacon to skillet
Heat and serve
