Turkey with Bacon

Turkey and bacon meet for a great entree.

  1. Cook bacon over medium heat until browned
  2. Remove
  3. Cook mushrooms in bacon fat over high heat, until tender
  4. Remove
  5. In same pan, cook turkey until brown
  6. Add chicken broth to the turkey
  7. Heat to boiling
  8. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes
  9. Return mushrooms and bacon to skillet
  10. Heat and serve
