1 cup shredded cabbage
2 grated carrots
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
8 slices turkey breast
2 cups ready-to-serve romaine lettuce
4 French rolls, halved lengthwise
In medium-sized mixing bowl, combine grated cabbage, carrots, vinegar and nonfat yogurt.
Place 2 slices of turkey breast on each French roll. Fill each roll with 1/4 cup cabbage mixture and 1/2 cup lettuce.
Serving suggestions: fresh sliced tomatoes and apple slices.
