Turkey Hash

Yield: 4- 1 cup per serving



Steak sauce, potatoes and ground turkey make this a hearty dish.

vegetable oil cooking spray
12 ounces ground skinless turkey breast
3 cups frozen potato cubes
1 cup frozen corn
1/4 cup reduced sodium steak sauce
1 cup water
4 tablespoons tomato paste

Heat a large 12 inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and spray with vegetable oil cooking spray. \

Break ground turkey breast into small pieces and cook until pink color disappears. Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower heat and reduce to a simmer.

Cook for 3-5 minutes or until sauce is absorbed and potatoes are tender.
