- 1 Package Ground Extra Lean Turkey
- 1 Medium carrot, thickly sliced
- 1 Medium onion, thickly sliced
- 1 Medium celery rib, thickly sliced
- 1 tsp. Thyme
- 1tsp. Rosemary
- 1tsp. Sage
- 2 cups Onion puree to thicken
- 3 cups Reserve Poaching Liquid
Brown ground turkey.
Add ingredients to sauce pan and simmer.
Add onion puree to thicken.
