Tuna Tomato Macaroni

Yield: 4 servings - 1 cup each.



A simple, flavorful macaroni dish.

2 cups dry macaroni
6 ounce can tuna (in water), drained
2 14-ounce cans peeled, diced tomatoes with Italian herbs and garlic
1/2 cup water
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese in a shallow, microwaveable container. Cover and microwave on high for 12-15 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Serve each with 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese.
