  1. In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, egg whites, bread crumbs, scallions/onions, parsley and pepper
  2. Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties
  3. Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and preheat it
  4. Add the patties and cook until golden brown and heated through (approximately 5 minutes on each side)
