1/2 pound asparagus
balsamic vinegar to taste
olive oil to taste
black pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Place asparagus on toaster oven pan or cookie sheet. Broil in toaster oven or oven until tender, about 5 minutes.
2. Place on plates and sprinkle with vinegar, oil and pepper. Use oil very sparingly, about 1/2 teaspoon per person.
