Thai Basil Bliss
A Veuve Cliquot champagne-infused cocktail perfect for toasting at brunch.
2 p Sauza Blanco Tequila
1 oz Fresh Pineapple
6 Thai Basil Leaves
1 p Lime Juice
3/4 p Simple Syrup - 1 p Veuve Clicquot champagne
Muddle pineapple and Thai basil leaves to a paste in a dry mixing glass, add tequila, lime, and sugar.
Shake vigorously, and strain into a martini glass.
Top with Veuve Clicquot, and garnish with a Thai basil leaf.
