A hearty pasta dish with a Japanese twist.
2-1/2 cups dry rotini pasta
1-1/2 cups water
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
3 cups assorted fresh vegetables
Place rotini in large shallow microwave dish; pour water and teriyaki sauce over the top. Spread vegetables over the top of the pasta and cover the dish. Microwave on high for 12-17 minutes or until pasta is done. Stir well and serve.
