Brussels sprouts, a cruciferous vegetable, contain organosulfur coupounds and glucosinolates. These are plant chemicals that may help prevent cancer.
2 cups Brussels sprouts
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Place all ingredients into microwave dish. Cover and cook until Brussels sprouts are tender, about 4-6 minutes. You can also cook these on top of the stove- use more water as needed. Serve hot with sesame seeds on top.
