Sweet Saute of Purple Cabbage and Onion
This very simple but delicious recipe uses antioxidant packed purple cabbage and sweet onion sauteed to perfection.

Ingredients
½ Tbs butter
½ Tbs olive oil
1 small head purple cabbage, sliced thin
1 medium red onion, sliced thin
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Sauté cabbage and onion, stirring often, in olive oil/butter for 10 minutes or until nice and tender.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
