Summer Slaw

Yield: Serves 4. Each serving: 1 cup.

Instructions

1 apple, cored and chopped
4 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup chopped red onions
1 sweet pepper, chopped
1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
2 Tbsp orange juice
pinch cinnamon

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and serve chilled.
