Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1 cup Splenda
1 egg
1/2 cup softened butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
F
Mix almond flour and Splenda
In a separate bowl, lightly beat egg and then mix well with butter
Add to dry ingredients and mix
Form small balls and place on two cookie sheets
Bake for 7-9 minutes
Makes 2 dozen cookies
