Stuffed Cabbage
Everything you need for dinner, stuffed in cabbage.

Ingredients
1 whole cabbage
1/2 cup spinach, cooked
1 Tbs. fresh parsley, chopped
1 lb. ground turkey, cooked
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper
Instructions
Rinse cabbage
Boil whole in salted water for 5 minutes
Drain well
Combine spinach, parsley, turkey, cheese and eggs
Remove leaves from cabbage and stuff with ground turkey mixture
Place in baking dish and cover with 4 Tbs. oil
Bake for 25 minutes at 350
º
F or until cabbage is tender
For even fewer carbs, simply shred cabbage and heat in skillet with ground turkey mixture
