1 cup water
1/2 cup Splenda
2 cups strawberries
4 ounces orange juice
Freeze ingredients in large plastic freezer bag, for at least overnight.
Place ingredients in food processor and pulse on full speed until the mixture has the consistency of sorbet. You may have to let it thaw slightly.
Serve in individual cups - it looks nice if you garnish with fresh mint or a sliced strawberry.
