Strawberries and Cream Cookies
A delicious strawberry cookie.

Ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese
- 3 cold egg whites
- 1/2 cup Splenda
- 1/4 cup high gluten flour
- 2 tsp. strawberry extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Beat egg whites in a glass or metal bowl until foamy
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well
- Drop teaspoon of batter on greased cookie sheet
- Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned
- Serve with strawberries
